Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@fanbaseafrica.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Returns must be sent to:

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@fanbaseafrica.co.za so we can assess the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Made-to-order and custom products
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Personal care goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround. Contact us at contact@fanbaseafrica.co.za if you need assistance selecting a replacement.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@fanbaseafrica.co.za.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.
