Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and South African public holidays). Please note that during high-volume periods such as product launches or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Upon delivery, please inspect your parcel and report any issues promptly by contacting us at contact@fanbaseafrica.co.za. If your parcel appears visibly damaged upon arrival, you may refuse to accept it.

We ship to customers worldwide.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

  • Carrier: The Courier Guy
  • Rate: Flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch (major centres); 5–14 business days for remote or rural areas

International Shipping

  • Carrier: FedEx
  • Rate: Flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch (depending on destination country and customs clearance)

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website:

Failed Delivery

We are not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will make a follow-up attempt or hold the parcel at a collection point. Goods that cannot be delivered will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional re-delivery charges may apply.
